And now, they have set their sights on unseating Bowman, who has been a vocal advocate for human rights and a strong critic of the Israeli government’s actions in Gaza.
The reason for AIPAC’s interest in this race is clear. Bowman has been a strong supporter of the Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) movement, which aims to put economic pressure on Israel to end its occupation of Palestinian territories. He has also been a vocal supporter of the recent ceasefire agreement in Gaza, which has been widely praised by the international community.
On the other hand, Latimer is a long-time ally of AIPAC and has been a vocal critic of the BDS movement. AIPAC sees him as the perfect candidate to unseat Bowman and ensure that their interests are represented in Congress.

But despite all of this, Bowman remains optimistic and focused on the issues that matter to the people in his district. He continues to fight for healthcare for all, education reform, and addressing systemic racism. He has a vision for a better America, one that prioritizes the needs and rights of its citizens, regardless of their race, religion, or ethnicity.
Bowman has also been a strong advocate for a just and lasting peace in the Middle East. He understands that the only way forward is through dialogue and finding a mutually beneficial solution for both Israelis and Palestinians. And this is exactly why AIPAC wants him out of office – because they see him as a threat to their interests and their grip on the political arena.
