The La Hache – La Roca Power Studio polo team unveiled its latest jersey featuring Cirque Du Soleil Messi 10

Leading up to the final of the Tortugas Open, the breakthrough team of the 2023 polo season, La Hache La Roca Power Studio, introduced its new jersey at an event hosted at the Predio al Río, coinciding with the Cirque Du Soleil Messi 10 show. During the event, the team showcased a design that skillfully blends their passion for polo and music in a distinctive manner.

The exceptional players in the formation of La Hache La Roca Power Studio, including prominent figures like Polito Pieres, Sapo Caset, Hilario Ulloa, and Fran Elizalde, under the guidance of Eduardo “Ruso” Heguy, shared their experiences and discussed their preparations for the upcoming Tortugas Open final. Polito Pieres, the team’s first striker, expressed that “for La Hache, this is the first year” and conveyed their strong desire to win a Triple Crown tournament. He emphasized the significance of a victory for their supporters and the petiseros.

The team enjoys the support of the renowned music recording studio La Roca Power Studio, owned by Jorge “Corcho” Rodríguez. Inspired by the legacy of Electric Lady Studios and designed by the legendary Eddie Kramer (producer and engineer of Jimi Hendrix, Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin, Kiss), the studio has birthed numerous musical hits in Argentina and globally. The collaboration between La Hache and La Roca Power Studio underscores the importance of teamwork and harmony among members, backed by the unwavering support of their families.

La Hache emerged as the sole finalist team in the two major Triple Crown tournaments played so far: the Hurlingham Open and the Tortugas Open. While they lost the final against La Dolfina in the former, they faced defeat against La Natividad in the latter.

In the realm of polo in Argentina, the three prestigious high-handicap tournaments of the spring season are collectively known as the Triple Crown. These tournaments include the Tortugas Country Club Open Championship, the Hurlingham Open Championship, and the Argentine Open Polo Championship (also referred to as the “Palermo Open”).
